• Running one or more exhibitions each year to procure funds.​
• Meeting costs of arranging for exhibitors at other shows and/or exhibitions.

The company is itself a corporate member of Bognor Regis Model Railway Club (BRMRC).

The shares in the company are held in the name of the Company's Officers as Bare Trustees for BRMRC.
