DCC Running Session As September is a busy month for the club in terms of exhibitions, we feel that a DCC running session on the OO test track will not be so taxing on space as a talk or demonstration. So on the 2nd September, anyone who has a DCC loco can bring it along with their own rolling stock for their locos to haul it. This will also give members an insight into ‘consisting’ and how to do it as well as getting to grips with the club's Prodigy advance system. DCC Evening - The third and final part After the not so formal DCC Evening part 2, this third and final part to these DCC evenings will take place on the 7th October. This will be much the same as the second part, but more formal and with several hardwire demonstrations as well as the various systems on static display with info panels. A trip to Warley, 23rd November Our Social Events Secretary is organising a trip to the largest model railway show in the UK, at the NEC in Birmingham. Please contact Simon King to express your interest and for more details. This website was last updated on the 14th August 2008 |
